Dead Yet
A Body Repair Manual for People
Who Refuse to Feel Old
Why this book exists
Your labs are normal.
You're still not okay.
Fatigue, fog, weight, pain, quiet drive — it's usually a cascade, not bad luck. This book maps failure upstream using the Human Operating System so you stop chasing symptoms and fix causes.
What this book gives you
Not a to-do list — a map of why the body fails.
- 01
Trace how your biology fails in order — and where you sit in that sequence.
- 02
See why “normal labs” often miss the story years before a diagnosis.
- 03
Get a repair sequence and systems map so protocols stop working backwards.
- 04
Understand the upstream factor that decides whether interventions stick.
Three myths
Conventional wisdom that keeps people stuck.
Myth 1
“Your labs are normal, so you're fine.”
Reality
Normal is average. Panels flag disease — not the slow loss of regulation that shows up years earlier.
Myth 2
“More exercise is better.”
Reality
Training a depleted system drives breakdown, not adaptation. Capacity has to come first.
Myth 3
“Aging causes this.”
Reality
Much of what we blame on age is accumulated dysfunction — often reversible when you fix order.

About the author
I didn't fix my body.
I learned how it actually works.
I built systems for a living — and kept deprioritizing my own biology until a heart attack at 40 ended the denial.
The body wasn't random: it was compensating in order. I stopped chasing symptoms and mapped failure upstream — the same discipline I'd use on infrastructure.
That work became Re:Formd and this book. At 53 I'm fitter than I was at 42 — not from hacks, but from understanding the machine.
